Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering or computer science
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of experience data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau and R Shiny
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a data scientist or similar role involving data extraction, analysis, statistical modeling, and communication and experience managing data pipelines
- The candidates should possess proficiency in data scripting languages SQL, Python, R, or equivalent or statistical or mathematical software R, SAS, Matlab, or equivalent
- The candidates should have knowledge of the AWS tech stack AWS Redshift, S3, EC2 or Glue
- The candidates should demonstrate experience with statistical models, such as multinomial logistic regression
- The candidates should have experience collaborating with scientists, economists, software developers, or product managers
- The candidates should have experience working collaboratively with data engineers and business intelligence engineers
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to partner with business stakeholders to formulate business problems and provide recommendations on approach
- The candidates should be able to understand customer behavior to personalize customer experience, build recommendation engines, conduct customer lifecycle analysis, and analyze usage behavior
- The candidates should be able to conduct large-scale A/B testing and offline or online experiments to evaluate the performance of various programs and drive product improvements across partner teams
- The candidates should be able to process large-scale datasets using distributed computing platforms to build models, mine insights from data, and prototype models that optimize towards various business goals and metrics
- The candidates should be able to interact with cross-functional teams, make business recommendations such as cost-benefit analysis and forecasting, conduct experiment analysis, and present findings to the leadership team
- The candidates should be able to drive product roadmap and prioritize science projects with Product Managers to enhance customer experience
