Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 6 months experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to operate a knife and packaging machine and lift packaged meats weighing up to 25 lbs
• The candidates should be able to stand constantly, walk frequently, and bend occasionally

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have an equivalent combination of education and experience and ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers
• The candidates should be able to read basic instructions, such as daily product preparation sheets
• The candidates should have no writing requirements, no computer requirements and no math requirements

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assemble food service items as per standard recipes, portions, and formats while maintaining a specified productivity level
• The candidates should be able to package and label prepared products and display finished goods for sale
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize all equipment and fixture surfaces as per provincial and company or health safety standards
• The candidates should be able to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and follow standard company and provincial regulations pertaining to food safety, dress code, and sanitary procedures
• The candidates should be able to perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and and weigh meat and cheese products
