Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have the ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have at least 2 years of experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
• The candidates should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• The candidates should be able to commute to store locations in Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and Cambridge, as placement may be permanent in any of these areas

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to motivate and inspire their team to help customers find the perfect product or service

• The candidates should be able to oversee store KPIs, including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and health and safety
