Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience as a supervisor or leading teams

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• The candidates should have excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to ensure department staffing levels meet business and manage associate performance through development, communication, rewards and recognition, and providing ongoing feedback
• The candidates should be able to ensure that all Safety and Asset Protection standards and protocols are clearly communicated and followed
• The candidates should be able to review the inbound shipment log to plan for receiving and packing out needs and enter information about incoming merchandise into the store’s computer system
• The candidates should be able to process and prepare paperwork for shipping products including Bills of Lading, Shipping Invoices, and Freight Costs and train how to reduce shrink
• The candidates should be able to use powered lift equipment (electrical pallet jack, slip sheet machine, reach truck, order picker, and forklift) to load trailers and assemble orders
• The candidates should be able to unload merchandise and check quantity and quality: RGR (Rough Goods Receipt) and DGR (Detail Goods Receipt)
