Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services, town and carriage homes, shipping and receiving, and sustainability

- The candidates should be able to use real estate software packages efficiently
- The candidates should be able to advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- The candidates should be able to negotiate rates and terms effectively
- The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions seamlessly
- The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately
- The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise to help clients make informed decisions
- The candidates should be able to arrange sales demonstration appointments
- The candidates should be able to contact potential customers by phone to generate leads
- The candidates should be able to deliver persuasive sales presentations
- The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms
- The candidates should be able to provide exceptional customer service
- The candidates should be able to greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
- The candidates should be able to prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts accurately
