Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be capable of handling weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, and present bills to customers while accepting payment in various forms such as cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ cheques, or room billings
The candidates should be able to describe menu items including daily specials, advise on menu selections, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, supervise other servers and bussing staff, take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and assist clients/guests with special needs
The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service
