• The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans, and clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
• The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
