Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting and distributing mail, answer telephone calls and messages, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
