Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, MS Office, Quick Books
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multitask, be flexible, be organized, and be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
