Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work through ambiguity, manage multiple projects, work independently, think creatively, implement improvements, and contribute effectively in a team environment
- The candidates should have the ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in pivot tables and complex formulas

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make recommendations to business partners on opportunities for improvement, drawing insights and commercializing recommendations and corrective actions for underperforming business targets
- The candidates should be able to understand and challenge variances in business performance, collaborating with Sales to manage opportunities and risks effectively
- The candidates should be able to develop and maintain planning tools, financial modeling, and operating procedures aimed at achieving targeted financial results, including managing promotion frequency and depth
- The candidates should be able to provide advice and counsel to the Customer Business Team (CBT) on trade spending policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established guidelines
- The candidates should be able to proactively ensure ongoing trade policy compliance in collaboration with the accounting team
- The candidates should be able to ensure systems and processes are accurate and efficient, facilitating financial planning and analysis efforts
- The candidates should be able to support the CBT in validating trade rates and trade funding, including validating customer incentive program payments Co2Co, VIP and PVA’s
