Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work varying and flexible hours until the job is complete, including statutory holidays
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive task environment and be comfortable working in a wet and humid environment
- The candidates should have a strong desire to learn and grow within the role and be physically fit and able to lift, push, and pull weights of up to 50 lbs overhead
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to safe work practices and good communication and business relationship-building skills for effective customer interaction

- The candidates should be able to determine the gender of day-old chicks accurately and ensure the quality of the product through careful inspection and adherence to standards
- The candidates should be able to work in different departments as needed, including assisting with chick deliveries to farms
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with the sanitation and other departments and perform other duties as assigned to support operational
