Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor and Sprayer or duster

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
• The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, handle physically demanding tasks, and have hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be able to distinguish between colors, have attention to detail, and stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, kneel, work overtime when required, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, be flexible, exercise good judgment, and be organized
• The candidates should be a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops, hand harvest vegetables, and harvest seedlings
• The candidates should be able to train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality, weed, and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to bud trees and cut horticultural crops

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
