Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
The candidates should be able to operate switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, and record and relay information
The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, monitor mobile radio or telephone, and provide emergency services
The candidates should be able to perform data entry and provide customer service
