Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services, provide general information about points of interest in the area, and process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures, perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to assist clients and guests with special needs, contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls, and provide customer service
