Salary: $18.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: West Vancouver, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Early Morning and Morning
Target audience: Adolescents, elderly, school age (6 – 12 years) and children
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Security and safety: Criminal record check and reference required
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be dependable, demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent oral communication
- The candidate should take initiative, exercise good judgement, and be organized
- The candidate should be reliable and be patient
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and cook
- The candidates should be able to provide companionship, provide personal care, and prepare meals
- The candidates should be able to take children to and from school and to appointments and help children with homework
