Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School Diploma in General Education Development accreditation
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have knowledge of computers
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to test block the probe by injecting it into a cube to ensure proper reading
- The candidates should be able to ensure the tip of the probe is sharp and find the third and fourth rib of the hog and inject the probe between them
- The candidates should be able to inspect the exterior of the carcass for dark hair roots and inspect the interior of the carcass for kidneys unfit for human consumption
- The candidates should be able to enter findings into the computer database, ensuring each hog is entered within the allotted time frame
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper grading and inspections are carried out to guarantee proper yields
