Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience in business administration
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have training and experience interacting with the public in a retail and service environment, including sales and cash transactions
- The candidates should have an understanding of general or post office accounting systems
- The candidates should be physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sell postal products and services to both the business community and the public
- The candidates should be able to sort, distribute, and process mail into appropriate classifications efficiently
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with relevant information and necessary forms to assist with their postal
- The candidates should be able to address delivery and service difficulties, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of customer concerns
