Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have Age 18 or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare the sales floor for store opening by organizing and staging merchandise
- The candidates should be able to set up, merchandise, and sign features according to store guidelines
- The candidates should be able to complete live unloading of various types of merchandise efficiently
- The candidates should be able to focus on labeling and placing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from the unloader associate position
- The candidates should be able to pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
- The candidates should be able to assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service and ensure proper labeling of the sales floor for store opening
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
