Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a diploma in Computer Science and Business
Experience: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Consultant (BSC) role, leading projects and designing solutions

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience with Agile methodologies and Application and/or Architecture Development
- The candidates should have knowledge of financial markets, including Stocks, Options, Fixed Income, and Mutual Funds
- The candidates should have working knowledge of financial product concepts and calculations, such as bond amortization, accrued income, expected income, and yields
- The candidates should be driven by collective success and understand that teamwork can transform a good idea into a great one
- The candidates should prioritize client needs, engage with purpose to find the right solutions, and go the extra mile to ensure the best outcomes
- The candidates should have strong analytical skills, enjoy investigating complex problems, and be confident in communicating detailed information effectively
- The candidates should have experience using SQL, Azure DevOps, Quality Assurance, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to meet project
- The candidates should be able to build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen actively, and ask the right questions to ensure solutions align with requirements
- The candidates should be able to design client-focused solutions that meet business requirements
- The candidates should be able to prepare and validate solution design documents, including scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance
- The candidates should be able to support end-to-end project implementation as subject matter experts and provide guidance to technology and project professionals
- The candidates should be able to maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members in resolving organizational, operational, and process challenges
- The candidates should be able to oversee stakeholder requests and create or edit various presentation and communication materials, such as key messages, communication plans, tactical deliverables, and presentations
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication skills to convey and present factual and conceptual information that requires detailed explanation and interpretation
- The candidates should be able to conduct investigations and provide resolution (with developer assistance when needed) for issues raised by the business and leverage experience with ThreatMetrix as a significant advantage
