Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate outstanding presentation skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- The candidates should be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and be willing to travel three days a week
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience selling to the C-suite
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure consistent hunting and prospecting for new business by leveraging best-practice strategies to exceed individual sales quotas
- The candidates should be able to visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- The candidates should be able to develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations tailored to meet potential and existing customers
- The candidates should be able to grow revenue and execute business plans in coordination with other business units, including Inside Sales, Airfreight, Trade Networks, and Global Accounts
