Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and have attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, demonstrate flexibility, and be organized with accuracy in their work
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be client-focused, and demonstrate reliability
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars and conferences, train other workers, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
