Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a diploma in Business Administration or Information Technology
Experience: Candidates should have experience providing front-line customer service in a technical IT support and financial administration environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, effectively exchange information
- The candidates should be able to independently manage time and tasks with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience utilizing financial and information management systems knowledge of financial and information management systems
- The candidates should have knowledge of financial management policies and procedures, strong front-line customer service skills
- The candidates should provide a recent and satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from their local police
