Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of retail management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a valid driver’s license from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance throughout employment, the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • The candidate should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees,  demonstrate strength in maintaining high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • The candidate should have the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the company’s loyalty program
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in stock

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal (intrapersonal) abilities
  • The candidate should have proficient computer knowledge, preferably with Microsoft products (Word, Excel) and GED

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to repair and replace vehicle (bus) body parts and components, including sheet metal and fiberglass panels, as well as glass such as windshields, passenger windows, and mirrors
  • The candidate should be able to repair vehicle interior fittings, including passenger seat mounting frames, stanchions, flooring, and related components
  • The candidate should be able to perform bench layout work for the manufacture of sheet metal vehicle components and parts
  • The candidate should be able to perform other related duties consistent with the classification
