Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience in business administration
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have an understanding of general or post office accounting systems
- The candidate should be physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods of time
Other Requirements:
The candidate should have training and experience interacting with the public in a retail and service environment, including handling sales and cash transactions
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to sell postal products and services to the business community and the public
- The candidate should be able to sort, distribute, and process mail into appropriate classifications provide customers with information and forms
- The candidate should be able to address delivery and service difficulties to resolve problems thoroughly and quickly
