- The candidates should ideally have completed one or more of the following: Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences and demonstrate how to build and deepen client relationships while meeting financial
- The candidate should be able to represent and advocate for CIBC within the community to grow both new and existing client relationships
- The candidate should be able to encourage the resolution of client complaints at the first point of contact and ensure appropriate escalation, foster a culture of teamwork to ensure clients are served by the most suitable team members
- The candidate should be able to monitor the Banking Centre’s business performance and implement action plans to address performance gaps
- The candidate should be able to collaborate with internal partners to leverage market opportunities and enhance the Banking Centre’s performance, manage and mitigate risks to protect the bank, clients, and shareholders
- The candidate should be able to lead and coach a high-performing team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to strengthen client relationships and drive growth
- The candidate should be able to provide meaningful development opportunities and support employee growth
- The candidate should be able to advocate for CIBC within the community to attract and recruit talent that aligns with the organization’s values
