Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed a bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, economics, or statistics
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of four years of previous information systems and computer systems experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have knowledge of institutional research and planning policies, procedures, and processes
  • The candidates should have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and statistical analysis
  • The candidates should have knowledge of information systems, databases, and multi-operating system environments
  • The candidates should have knowledge of office operations as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
  • The candidates should have knowledge of current CUASA and other collective agreement(s) sections pertaining to the JCAA-approved SEQ process, as well as Undergraduate and Graduate Calendar information relevant to the administration of the SEQ process
  • The candidates should have knowledge of office productivity software and databases, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to manage the Student Experience Questionnaire (SEQ) process, compile and respond to internal and external data requests, and oversee the administrative operations of the office
