  • The candidates should possess a minimum of a College Degree or Certificate, a minimum of 4 years of experience in creating, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid retail search campaigns across platforms such as Amazon and Retailer Search
  • The candidates should have experience leveraging data to deliver ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • The candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Criteo
  • The candidates should demonstrate proven knowledge of paid search and campaign setup that has delivered measurable business results for clients, be proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to manage Search across the full category brand portfolio, including strategy development, platform setup, and ongoing optimization
  • The candidate should be able to monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure alignment with brand goals and recommend optimizations
  • The candidate should be able to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • The candidate should be able to present campaign recaps and actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • The candidate should be able to collaborate with the broader media team to enhance capabilities and recommend strategic platform shifts
  • The candidate should be able to work effectively across in-house teams and media/creative agency partners to ensure full integration of media and communication plans
