Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of an undergraduate degree
Experience: Candidates should have over 4 years of relevant experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be thorough and accurate decision makers who can exercise sound judgment when handling confidential information
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have completed the Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and either the IFIC or CSC course
- The candidates should have extensive knowledge of team, process, and risk management along with an advanced understanding of the business
- The candidates should be proficient in productivity and software tools including MS Office and internet applications
- The candidates should possess strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, employees, and cross-functional teams
- The candidates should be dynamic leaders with demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environments, supported by strong communication, planning, and time management skills, be good communicators with a go-getter attitude
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to lead teams in executing investment and unsecured credit compliance transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
- The candidate should be able to coach advisory and frontline staff in resolving customer complaints in alignment with established customer problem resolution guidelines
- The candidate should be able to resolve complex operational and high-risk issues, determining appropriate courses of action while upholding bank policies
- The candidate should be able to mentor team members on advice-giving strategies and best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The candidate should be able to ensure that branch common areas and advisory spaces remain welcoming and customer-friendly
- The candidate should be able to manage employee scheduling effectively to meet customer demand and maintain compliance standards
- The candidate should be able to contribute to delivering a legendary customer experience by sharing expertise, coordinating activities, and fostering collaboration among team members
- The candidate should be able to collaborate with internal TD partners to address and fulfill customers’ financial needs in a tailored manner
- The candidate should be able to improve team workflows and efficiency by offering continuous feedback, guidance, and oversight in alignment with TD’s conduct expectations
