Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to prepare the sales floor effectively for store opening, set, merchandise, and sign feature displays in accordance with company guidelines
- The candidate should be able to perform live unloading of various types of merchandise efficiently
- The candidate should be able to prioritize labelling and placement of merchandise in backroom bins, distinguishing this role from a CAP 2 associate
- The candidate should be able to pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
- The candidate should be able to assist in stocking the sales floor and provide customer service, label the sales floor accurately in preparation for store opening
- The candidate should be able to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
