Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience with ERP systems and quality systems; SAP and Infinity experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work well under pressure, particularly during crisis management
  • The candidates should demonstrate mastery of the principles of Statistical Process Control (SPC), HACCP, sanitation, analytical/microbiological testing, and hygienic design principles
  • The ca ates should possess project management skills and have good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint tools

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be self-starters with a high level of integrity and maturity, and possess proven leadership skills, including mentoring
  • The candidates should be effective communicators with excellent follow-up skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organizatio, a solid understanding of GFSI requirements (FSSC 22000)
  • The candidates should have the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, be results-oriented, and meet set objectives
  • The candidates should be able to foster a strong quality culture that supports revolutionary change in alignment with business strategy

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to lead a team of quality professionals to execute quality and production strategies that align with business goals, collaborate with the corporate quality team and cross-functional departments to implement quality excellence programs that reduce consumer complaints, product returns, and ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance
  • The candidate should be able to utilize industry-standard and Kraft Heinz quality tools  RCFA, SPC, Six Sigma/Green Belt) to drive improvements in product quality and consistency
  • The candidate should be able to lead the development and tracking of key quality and food safety performance metrics, aligning team actions with plant and business priorities
  • The candidate should be able to foster strong team member engagement through leadership, coaching, career development, and effective conflict resolution
  • The candidate should be able to build collaborative relationships with plant leadership and production managers to ensure quality programs are implemented with shared accountability
  • The candidate should be able to work with corporate partners to implement automation and digital initiatives such as the KHC Lighthouse and Factory/Lab of the Future projects
  • The candidate should be able to assess team member performance and provide training, coaching, and leadership development to ensure accountability and growth, create consistent work instructions and training programs to standardize quality processes
  • The candidate should be able to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and prerequisite programs, and support the site Quality Manager during regulatory inspections FDA, USDA, CFIA, offer technical guidance on plant quality activities and respond effectively to quality-related requests
  • The candidate should be able to lead and support internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions, proactively monitor Kraft Heinz quality systems, tools, and data sources to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • The candidate should be able to oversee departmental data recording and ensure data integrity and accessibility, regularly engage with line operators to provide training, mentorship, and support in quality practices
