Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in general repairs and maintenance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead a team, provide peer-to-peer technical support, and work independently
- The candidates should have effective communication skills and be capable of handling stretch assignments and facility location ownership
Other Requirements:
The candidates should have GED, hold a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers
- The candidates should be able to handle orders for plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- The candidates should be able to calibrate pumps, dispensers, and other equipment in accordance with legal standards
- The candidates should be able to recommend when an outside contractor, manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure operational efficiency
- The candidates should be able to perform a variety of additional duties including training less experienced technicians, prioritizing work, and performing basic maintenance on structures
