Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have manual labour or cleaning experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be at least 16 years of age and work at heights using lifts and ladders up to 5 meters
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to lift and carry containers and bags weighing up to 25 kg for 30 meters on an ongoing basis
- The candidates should be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including cold winter weather, and in environments with potential allergens such as pollen, grass, insects, chemical cleaners, pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience with and be able to operate vehicles, equipment, and tools safely, possess a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license or an equivalent license
Responsibilities:
The candidates should be able to carry out a variety of general labour and cleaning activities related to the sanitization of common areas and tools to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a sanitary workplace, assist with cone pick records and organization
