Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of graduated from high school
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of office experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should show proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar, an aptitude for accuracy and detail
- The candidates should have an aptitude for math, demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment, the ability to take minutes, where required by the position
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as formatting and proofreading skills
- The candidates should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, possess applicable licenses, such as a Driver’s License, MOT, AVOP, where required by the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to analyze, design, format, and produce creative high-quality documents and reports, develop, prepare, and provide statistical reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare comparative analyses, plan, coordinate, and execute road shows, including travel
- The candidates should be able to assist with product displays and presentation setups, recommend and assist in implementing improved methods and procedures
- The candidates should be able to provide on-the-job training, direction, guidance, and assistance to other department employees, maintain confidentiality at all times
- The candidates should be able to record and maintain operational records and/or endorsements
- The candidates should be able to comply with Company Policies, Collective Agreements, and/or Government Regulations
- The candidates should be able to liaise effectively with both internal and external customers, organize and prioritize their workload to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision, provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- The candidates should be able to assist in the compilation of the operating business plan, monitor reports, investigate discrepancies, and calculate accruals, audit invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy
