Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients and prospects
  • The candidate should be able to provide proactive client service with a strong focus on problem resolution and attention to detail, liaising with various departments
  • The candidate should be able to respond to client inquiries regarding account transactions, documentation requests, account reporting, and related matters
  • The candidate should be able to assist the Advisor team with onboarding new clients, help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and both internal and external partners
  • The candidate should be able to maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities for client engagement by managing timelines and key dates
  • The candidate should be able to ensure accurate and timely updates of all required documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, maintaining complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems
  • The candidate should be able to respond to inquiries from prospective clients and provide clear and helpful information
