Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn, along with strong team and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- The candidates should exhibit a positive work ethic and attitude, with strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 25 kg
Other Requirements:
The candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work with machines, equipment, and computer systems to produce animal feed
- The candidates should be able to complete all required paperwork for assigned tasks accurately and promptly, follow all manufacturing practices and safety policies
- The candidates should be able to adhere to housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- The candidates should be able to operate plant equipment to achieve daily production targets, perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on machines
- The candidates should be able to communicate any changes in product flow, equipment malfunctions, shortages, or deviations from specifications to the Team Lead or Maintenance staff
- The candidates should be able to collect raw material and final product samples and perform tests to ensure they meet required specifications, measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- The candidates should be able to follow quality standards and ensure proper documentation is completed for feed safety compliance
