Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidate should be able to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
- The candidate should be competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the company’s loyalty program
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and all products are in-stock
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- The candidate should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in computer applications, with preference for Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- The candidate should hold a valid Driver’s License from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during employment
