Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have excellent customer service skills, multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
- The candidate should be willing to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business
- The candidate should be able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record, achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
- The candidate should have some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations
- The candidate should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, good time management and organizational skills
