Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada, the ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy when drafting, formatting, entering, editing, and proofing documents
- The candidate should have experience providing exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele by phone, email, and in-person interactions
- The candidate should have the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- The candidate should have the ability to problem-solve a variety of situations where discretion and independent judgment

Other Requirements:
- The candidate should provide and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- The candidate should be able to provide a satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check, provide a current and satisfactory Adult Abuse Registry Check
- The candidate should have experience performing clerical and administrative functions, including data entry, word processing, reception duties, tracking and distributing files, and preparing reports
- The candidate should have experience with Accounts Payable, effective verbal communication skills, effective written communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process financial and administrative documents related to various programs within Families Western Region’s operations
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts payable tasks efficiently, compile and reconcile financial reports and statistical information accurately
- The candidates should be able to prepare contracts and reports, handle switchboard and reception duties professionally
- The candidates should be able to manage records, including maintaining and archiving files systematically
