Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results; prior banking experience in a similar capacity

- The candidate should be able to meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan using knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals
- The candidate should be able to engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities, grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities
- The candidate should be able to become a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications, helping them better manage their banking
