- The candidate should hold a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or be on track to obtain it within the next 12 months
- The candidate should have a Mutual Funds Representative (MFR) license and be a good team player with a collaborative spirit
- The candidate should have portfolio management experience aligned with business development objectives
