Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of retail management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • The candidate should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
  • The candidate should demonstrate strength in maintaining high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • The candidate should have the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the store’s loyalty program
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and fully stocked
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • The candidate should possess proficient computer knowledge, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel or GED
  • The candidate should have a valid driver’s license from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during the course of employment
