Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience working with SAP or an equivalent software system

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada, possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage deadlines
  • The candidate should be able to work with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment, including data entry, preparing specialized or highly complex documents, processing detailed documentation, and managing manual and electronic files
  • The candidate should have experience interpreting and applying policies and/or procedures
  • The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments, and a variety of partners
  • The candidate should have experience working with the public in a front-line customer service-oriented environment serving the public in person)

  • The candidate should be able to prepare statistical data and perform specialized tasks that require independent research and data compilation
  • The candidate should be able to prepare, check, and complete payrolls with attention to detail
  • The candidate should be able to perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, maintain both physical and electronic records in an organized manner
