Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Location: Maple Ridge, BC
Shift: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Tree and orchard fruit
Work Setting: Rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Supervision: More than 20 people
Type of Crops: Blueberries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers also develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidate should be able to ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed also maintain quality control and production records
- The candidate should be able to maintain work records and logs also hire and train staff
