Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be physically demanding

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to cut carcasses, sides and quarters, cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, cut poultry into parts
The candidates should be able to remove bones from meat
The candidates should be able to clean and prepare fish and shellfish, prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
