Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: The candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: The candidates should have experience handling progressive vehicle brands in the world
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift weights of 50 to 60 pounds
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a proven track record of a great work ethic
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage in high-level customer and employee interaction, requiring a strong level of customer service skills
- The candidates should be able to possess the technical acumen necessary to excel in this position
- The candidates should be able to be a key contributors to the Tesla experience as a Vehicle Readiness Specialists, preparing vehicles for customers, and collaborating with teammates to find opportunities for continuous improvement and new ways of vehicle readiness
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for the high-quality preparation of customer cars, washing vehicles, and preparing new customer delivery vehicles
- The candidates should be able to work quickly and efficiently, be challenged, and have a high level of accountability, finding personal satisfaction in doing a great job
