Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: The candidates should have coursework in Interior Design or Business with a focus on Management or Marketing is a plus but not required
Experience: The candidates should have prior sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should develop detailed knowledge of all product lines and features
• The candidates should actively participate in training activities, including product knowledge presentations and online learning, to supplement their product knowledge
• The candidates should complete training courses to continually develop and hone their presentation, negotiation, and sales skills
• The candidates should have sales experience in interior or architectural design or luxury retail sales

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to leverage Salesforce to manage customer relationships, interactions, leads, and opportunities to demonstrate an accurate pipeline
• The candidates should be able to develop new relationships and business for Ann Sacks to meet and exceed sales goals
• The candidates should be able to conduct daily follow-ups with customers, quotes, and leads to generate and close business
• The candidates should be able to engage in strategic outreach to develop and grow the client base
• The candidates should be able to network with the professional trade through involvement in associations, meetings, and events, including in-store events
• As Sales Associates, the candidates should be able to leverage top-notch customer service and marketing skills to deliver a gracious customer experience and achieve strong results. Success in the position will be measured through the achievement of Net Order and Net Sales goals
• The candidates should be able to provide high-quality customer service to scheduled appointments and walk-in traffic
• The candidates should be able to conduct daily follow-ups on outstanding quotes
• The candidates should be able to develop and execute marketing plans to the current and potential customer base
• The candidates should be able to participate in the planning and execution of in-store events
• The candidates should be able to create a strategic sales plan and detailed tracking of customer interactions, quotes, and opportunities
• The candidates should be able to conduct outside sales calls, with a focus on targeted top-selling and high-potential accounts, marketing new and featured products
• The candidates should be able to network with the professional trade through involvement in associations, meetings, and events
• The candidates should be able to provide prompt, friendly service
• The candidates should be able to follow up on all sales to ensure customer satisfaction and service and should be able to maintain a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing environment
• The candidates should be able to process quotes and sales paperwork and be able to partner with Ann Sacks Customer Care team to track orders for customers and ensure quality service
