Salary: $27.50 hourly for 40 to 48 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Local, Long-haul, Provincial/territorial, Short-haul

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills, have good judgment, and demonstrate reliability
• The candidates should also exhibit adaptability

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have strong attention to detail, be prepared for physically demanding work, and be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
• The candidates should be able to oversee the loading and unloading of goods
• The candidates should be able to deliver goods to customers
• The candidates should be able to operate industrial trucks, tractors, and other mobile equipment
