Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college, CEGEP, or have equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to work effectively under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should also be prepared to handle heavy loads and have a strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and excel in oral communication
  • They should also be highly organized, known for their reliability, and strong team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations and determine the type of services to be offered, implementing operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
