Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize and set up the bar, clean the bar area and wash glassware, serve food or snacks, clean the draft beer system, and advise on wine selection
- The candidates should be able to inform customers regarding the contents of cocktails or other drinks, train staff, and collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages
- The candidates should be able to record and balance beverage sales, store beverage and food products, and order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- The candidates should be able to take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
