Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Type of industry experience: Tobacco
Equipment and machinery experience: Tillage equipment, Tractor, Vegetable harvester

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment in vegetables and melon farming (except potato) and capable of performing repetitive tasks in agricultural activities
The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks in crop cultivation, possess attention to detail in farming operations, and have effective hand-eye coordination for precision tasks
The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking in agricultural settings, and able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling in the field

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to harvest crops and examine produce for quality
The candidates should be able to prepare harvested produce for the market
